I am a licensed graduate social worker dedicated to supporting individuals and families through compassionate, strength-based care. My approach uses a person-in-environment perspective, which considers all aspects of a person's life when developing a treatment plan with patients. I believe in supporting a patient's autonomy throughout their journey in therapy and being a voice and advocate for self-improvement.I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work.

My goal is to connect clients with resources that promote stability, empowerment, and long-term well-being through collaborative care. I believe in meeting clients where they are in life to create a safe, supportive therapeutic environment where all clients feel encouraged and engaged in therapy. My areas of interest include: Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Grief Counseling, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Personality Disorders. Currently, I'm seeing patients ages 10 to 85.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, grandchildren, playing and watching sports, putting puzzles together, thrifting, and — my personal favorite — relaxing with a nice, hot cup of coffee.
